Therapy for when you’re carrying too much.

You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward. I provide warm, collaborative psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, self-worth, relationships, and neurodivergence.

Currently accepting new clients for virtual therapy.

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying too much and aren’t sure where to start? You may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, stuck, or simply tired of trying to manage everything on your own. Whatever brings you to therapy, your experiences matter, and you deserve a space where you can feel heard and supported.

Sara takes a warm, collaborative, and empathetic approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful and authentic to you.

Psychotherapy is more than simply talking. It can be an opportunity to build self-awareness, strengthen your coping skills and resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.
