Sara’s Approach
to Helping

As a mother and military spouse, I understand the challenges of balancing multiple roles amid life’s uncertainties. With over 12 years of experience supporting children, youth, and adults—including neurodiverse individuals—in various settings, I bring a deep understanding of diverse needs.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I take a client-centered approach to help you cultivate self-worth, confidence, and meaningful change.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strength-based interventions, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you develop coping strategies and embrace your strengths. Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or life transitions, I’m here to support you. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consultation—let’s take the next steps together.
